1.1 Coaching is a partnership (defined as an alliance, not a legal business partnership) between the Coach and the Coaching Client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximise personal and professional potential. It is designed to facilitate the creation/development of personal, professional or business goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those goals.
1.2 Client's always remain responsible for their own actions and wellbeing.
2.1 The Paypal subscription payment is automatically recurring each month.
2.2 If the client wishes to cancel they can do so via their Paypal Account. The cancellation would take effect from the next billing cycle.
2.3 You will not be eligible for a refund for the month prior to the cancellation taking effect. On cancellation the client can continue to access coaching services until the due date of their next (cancelled) payment.
2.4 Clients will usually receive their initial Personal Action Plan within 5 business days of their Paypal payment being cleared and their Intro Questionnaire being submitted.
2.5 If I need to clarify details on the Intro Questionnaire to effectively write the Action Plan, then this process will take longer - I will keep the client informed of progress via email.
2.6 This is a personal service so when a client emails or asks a question via chat there may be a delay due to timezone differences and competing client priorities. Clients can usually expect a reply within 3 business days.
3.1 Coaching Clients will be given actions and resources to enable me to properly provide coaching services to them. If the client is acting in such a way as I am not able to provide the services to them then I reserve the right to notify them via email and stop the coaching program.
3.2 Privacy: I will respect the coaching client's privacy and the confidentiality of any information shared with me at any time.
3.3 Ethics: As a coach I am ethically obliged to ensure the coaching client feels comfortable sharing personal information with me. I will not share specific or personal information with any other person without the coaching client's permission, unless there is a law being broken.
3.4 Sharing Information: Please be aware that the Coach-Client relationship is not considered a legally confidential relationship (like the medical and legal professions) and so communications are not subject to the protection of any legally recognised privilege.
4.1 Action Plans, Information, templates and documents shared with and during coaching via email and chat remain the intellectual property of Go Go Mojo Coaching.
4.2 Please respect my intellectual property by seeking my permission before sharing or forwarding any templates, programs, documents or activities unless I have explicitly stated it is ok to do so.
5.1 Dispute Resolution: If a dispute arises out of this Agreement that cannot be resolved by mutual consent, Go Go Mojo Coaching and the client agree to attempt to mediate in good faith for up to 60 days after notice given. If the dispute is not resolved, and in the event of legal action, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover legal fees and court costs from the other party.
5.2 The fee for online and email coaching is reviewed in December each year. If the fee is changed then clients will be given 8 weeks notice and have the option to cancel or to pay the revised fee.
5.3 Go Go Mojo Coaching reserves the right to discontinue this service at any time with 60 days notice via email to Clients. Any subsequent coaching program is subject to revised agreement on future terms.
5.4 Goodwill, trust and consideration are the basis for any successful business relationship. I will always aim to do what’s fair, open and honest - I ask the same in return.
5.5 Making payment indicates you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
5.6 By subscribing and paying via paypal to gogomojo.com.au the paying party becomes a Coaching Client of Go Go Mojo Coaching.
